These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cx555 ("cx555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx555 website located at https://cx555.cam and all associated services, platforms, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing a bet, using a bonus offer, or engaging with any service offered through cx555, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

cx555 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. We do not represent that the services described on this Platform are available or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your location.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cx555 website at https://cx555.cam, including all pages, sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by cx555 before processing withdrawals or in response to risk-management triggers.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan. All PKR figures in these Terms are illustrative unless explicitly stated as operator-verified amounts.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, trade names, source code, design elements, content and proprietary materials owned by or licensed to cx555.

To register an Account and use the cx555 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering voluntarily, as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a professional player, agent, or syndicate acting to exploit bonus terms or to conduct systematic advantage play.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a national of a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by cx555 from accessing the Platform.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated and are capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of cx555 or any related entity, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.

cx555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in immediate suspension or termination of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held at the time of closure.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any related balances or winnings.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cx555 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have previously notified cx555 of unauthorised access.

You must notify cx555 immediately at the email address listed in the Contact section if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.

Account Verification (KYC)

cx555 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals, following large deposit activity, or at any point where cx555 determines verification is necessary for regulatory or risk-management purposes. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Processing timescales vary — cx555 will notify you of any requirements and the expected timeline.

cx555 accepts deposits via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Reference is made to common payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL transfers, UBL transfers, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as illustrative context only. The listing of payment method names does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by, or an affiliation with, any payment service provider.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These thresholds may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• cx555 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside cx555's control.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are accepted where indicated. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and applicable exchange rate conditions at the time of credit.
• All deposits are processed in the currency supported by the Platform. PKR amounts shown are illustrative — actual supported currencies are displayed at checkout.

Users may request withdrawal of real-money Balance subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been completed to cx555's satisfaction.
• No active Bonus Funds or pending wagering requirements are attached to the Balance being withdrawn, unless those Bonus Funds are clearly marked as non-sticky and have been removed from the withdrawable balance at the applicable point.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method has been met.
• No active security review, fraud investigation or responsible gambling review is pending on the Account.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform at the time of the request. Processing times vary by payment method, jurisdiction and verification status. cx555 does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe but will use commercially reasonable efforts to process eligible withdrawals promptly.

cx555 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other violation of these Terms. In such circumstances cx555 will notify the User of the hold and the reason for it, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints on disclosure.

cx555 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between specific Promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific Promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each Promotion's individual terms. Illustration: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. This figure is illustrative; actual multipliers vary by Promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is the amount specified in the relevant Promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in immediate voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% and table games or live casino products contribute a lower percentage as specified in the Promotion. Playing games with 0% contribution does not progress wagering.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant Promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from issuance. Unexpired wagering requirements at the expiry date result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Non-sticky bonuses are removed from the balance at the point of withdrawal — only real-money winnings are paid out. Sticky bonuses remain in the balance but cannot themselves be withdrawn; only profits derived from sticky bonus play may be withdrawn, subject to applicable caps. The bonus type is stated in each Promotion's terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawable cap, which is stated in the applicable Promotion terms. Illustration: a welcome bonus may cap withdrawable bonus-derived winnings at PKR 5,000 regardless of the total bonus winnings. This figure is illustrative.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: To activate a deposit-match Promotion, your deposit must meet or exceed the minimum qualifying deposit stated in the Promotion terms. Illustration: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 may be required to trigger a welcome bonus. This figure is illustrative.

cx555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice and to void any bonus or winnings where abuse of bonus terms, collusion, or multi-accounting is detected.

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game or market as displayed at the time the bet or wager is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

cx555 covers a wide range of sports and gaming markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, Test series, football (EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), UFC and other combat sports, esports (CS2, Valorant, Dota 2) and live casino and slot products. Specific rules for each market type are published on the relevant game or market page.

General Betting Conditions

• Bets are only accepted on events where the applicable market is open and clearly indicated as available for wagering.
• cx555 reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event where in-play betting was not expressly offered for that market, or where the result of an event was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Odds are displayed as specified on the Platform and are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Winnings from bets are calculated using the confirmed odds and staked amount as recorded in cx555's system at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting odds or bet acceptance, cx555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx555 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation or insider information trading in relation to sports or esports markets.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Sharing your Account with, or playing on behalf of, any third party.
• Conducting systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine wagering risk.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise derive source code or proprietary algorithms from the Platform.

All content on the cx555 Platform — including but not limited to the cx555 brand name, logo, visual design, written content, source code, databases, odds data, graphics, images and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of cx555 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Platform grants you any right, title or interest in any cx555 Intellectual Property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the personal, non-commercial purpose of using the services described herein, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or creation of derivative works from any cx555 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use may give rise to claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement or other intellectual property claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx555, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime;
• Actions taken by cx555 in accordance with these Terms, including Account suspension or termination;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

cx555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

cx555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible to all registered users at all times.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date at which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. cx555 recommends that users review this page periodically to ensure they are familiar with the current version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx555 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through cx555's internal complaints process. To raise a complaint, please contact cx555 using the contact details set out in Section 15 below, providing full details of your concern and the resolution you are seeking.

cx555 will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days. If you remain dissatisfied following cx555's response, you may have the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction, depending on applicable law.
